PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rearray a plurality of element signals, which are arrayed in an input frequency signal at prescribed frequency intervals, in a desired frequency area at desired frequency intervals. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a plurality of frequency converting parts 10 each equipped with a first frequency mixer 21 for converting the frequency of an input frequency signal (x) by the signal of a first oscillator 23, a first filter 25 for extracting one element signal from the output signal of that mixer, a second frequency mixer 22 for converting the frequency of that output signal by the signal of a second oscillator 24, and a second filter 26 for extracting one element signal from the output signal of that mixer, and frequencies fL1- i and FL2- i of the first and second oscillators in the i-th frequency converting part 10 are defined as (fL1- i=a+fx- j, fL2- i=fy- 1-a). In such a case, fx- j presents the central frequency of a j-th element signal contained in the input frequency signal (x), fy- i presents the desired central frequency of the element signal to be outputted and (a) presents a central frequency to be passed by the first filter 25. |
