PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a button mechanism in a small space of a display device. SOLUTION: A resilient button seat 40 is disposed so as to partly overlap with the back of the head part 31, 31a of a button 30, 30a pierced through a decorative plate 20 on the side of a display part of a display device so that the button 30, 30a is returned to its inactive position by the restoring force of the button seat 40 when the button 30, 30a is pressed. Thereby, the button 30, 30a pressed at the time of switching operation is returned to the inactive position thereof by the button seat 40, a button mechanism of a display device can be simplified and also disposed in a small space.
