PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize advertisement expense of a client by preventing an advertisement charge from being charged to the client when the advertisement is provided to a person not in a demander group which the client targets. SOLUTION: This invention relates to a content providing system providing advertisement information accompanied with content. The system includes a network, a content providing server connected to the network, an advertisement charge dealing device capable of connecting to the content providing server, a member side device connected to the network. The content providing server provides content and advertisement information according to demand from the member side device and records a sending log showing which advertisement information is sent to which member side device. The advertisement charge dealing device records the sending log supplied from the content providing server and calculates advertisement charge based on the sending log and outputs the same as an occasion demands.
