PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent positioning accuracy from degrading by performing a smooth moving operation along a pair of parallel guide rails and alleviating deviated wear. SOLUTION: This extra member mounting apparatus comprises a base board 21, two parallel guide rails 22a, 22b, a moving board 23 which performs reciprocal operation along the guide rails, a threaded shaft 27 allocated to a position biased toward the guide rail 11a, a nut 29 engaged with the threaded shaft 27, a motor 28 to linearly operate the nut 29 together with the moving board 23 along the threaded shaft 27 by rotating the threaded shaft 27 and an adding device to add the extra member to a substrate fixed to a substrate fixing portion. The nut 29 is fixed to the moving board 23 via an arm and the arm is coupled with the moving board 23 at the side of the central area of the two guide rails 22a, 22b with the threaded shaft 27. |
