PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fixing/opening a board or the like mounted on the rear surface side by operating a rear surface holder from a front surface side in an automatic MDF apparatus. SOLUTION: The method for mounting the board or the like from the front surface and the rear surface side of the automatic MDF apparatus 100 comprises the steps of fixing the rear surface holder 101 to a fixed shaft 103, providing a rear surface side pulley 105 at the fixed shaft upper surface side, providing the front surface side pulley 107 oppositely to the pulley 105 at the front surface side of the upper surface of the apparatus 100, connecting the pulley 107 to the pulley 105 via a belt 109, rotating the pulley 107 at a certain specific shaft as a center, thereby rotating the pulley 105 via the belt 109, interlocking the shaft 103 to the pulley 105, and fixing/opening the holder 101.
