PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high sensitivity imaging method and device which can decrease noises for a signal as much as possible by decreasing random noises occurred in a circuit of an amplifier, etc., for controlling a noise level of an image sensor by reading out the signal in the middle of accumulation by the sensor and processing the noises in a digital area. SOLUTION: An intermediate value is amplified by a column amplifier 12 by use of a pixel part 1 and A/D-converted by an A/D converter 13. A signal amplitude at next reading is forecast by a signal estimator 14 according to the A/D converted value, to set a gain of the column amplifier 12. The gain which is as large as possible is set in the range that an output of the column amplifier 12 is not saturated. By using an initial value, the intermediate value and a final value in accumulating digitalized signals, the initial value in accumulation and the final value in accumulation with decreased noises are forecast to acquire their differences as outputs.
