PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock spring capable of simply and certainly mounting a plurality of slip rings and realizing a small size and a low cost of a whole of device. SOLUTION: In the clock spring 10, an electric connection between relatively rotatable stationary body 11 and rotation body 20 is carried out by a slide- contact of a flexible flat cable 44 interposed between these stationary body 11 and rotation body 20 and slip rings 30, 31 provided at the rotation body 20 side and slide contact elements 17, 18 provided at the stationary body 11 side. A plurality of slip rings 30, 31 are detachably mounted to the rotation body 20 at a predetermined interval and a plurality of slide contact elements 17, 18 slide-contacted with a plurality of slip rings 30, 31 are detachably mounted to the stationary body 11. Thereby, a size in a radial direction and a height direction is made small to realize a small size of a whole of the device and even in the case where an addition of a specification of the slip ring coping with a large current exists, a coping is simply carried out.
