PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic LED element with good emission characteristics of an organic layer. SOLUTION: The organic LED element is provided on a substrate with a first electrode, a conductive film containing a low melting point compound, the organic layer including a light-emitting layer, a second electrode permeable to light from the light-emitting layer, and a transfer assisting layer, all of which are arranged in that order.
