PURPOSE: An apparatus for rolling hydraulic cylinder for disassembling and repairing hot rolled strip cutting machine is provided to simply perform disassembling of roll shaft of the hydraulic cylinder for fixing the gear part when disassembling and assembling the hot rolled strip cutting machine to smoothly advance hot rolled coil into rolling rolls. CONSTITUTION: In a hydraulic cylinder(8) fixed to a drum shaft in a screw type to disassemble and assemble the gear part of hot rolled strip cutting machine, the apparatus for rolling the hydraulic cylinder for disassembling and repairing the hot rolled strip cutting machine comprises a longitudinal first adjusting part(10) comprising first moving block(14) installed on a base plate(12) installed on the ground at one side of the hot rolled strip cutting machine so that the first moving block is moved back and forth in a length direction of the base plate(12); a lateral second adjusting part(30) comprising second moving block(32) installed on the first moving block(14) so that the second moving block(32) is moved side to side; a vertical third adjusting part(50) comprising third moving block(52) installed on the upper part of the second moving block(32) so that the third moving block(52) is moved vertically; and a rolling part(70) comprising driving roll(72) and driven roll(74) installed on the third moving block(52) so that a gap between the driving roll(72) and driven roll(74) is adjusted, wherein the hydraulic cylinder(8) is rolled on the respective rolls(72,74).
