PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing a specimen is provided to prevent a damage and a loss of the specimen by forming a fixing member for fixing the specimen larger than a grid. CONSTITUTION: The first projection portion(204) and the second projection portion(206) are formed at one side of the first plate. The first projection portion and the second projection portion face each other. The second plate(208) is formed between the first projection portion and the second projection portion. A transferring screw(210) is combined with one end portion of the second plate through the first projection portion of the first plate. The second plate is shifted by the rotation of the transferring screw and a specimen as an analyzing target is fixed between the second projection portion and the other end portion of the second plate.
