The injection moulded connection terminal comprises a box zone (A) and an electrical connection zone (B) which are axially aligned. The connection zone has a block (13) in which the conductor (4) of the fluorescent lamp and an electrical supply cable (6) are superimposed. A perpendicular clamp screw (16) retains these. The connection terminal for a fluorescent tube is made of a light synthetic material which may be injection moulded. The terminal may be fitted to each end of a fluorescent tube (3), and held by connection to the conductor (4) which forms part of the tube. The connection comprises a box zone (A) and an electrical connection zone (B) which are axially aligned. The connection zone has a block (13) with an axial bore in which the conductor (4) of the fluorescent lamp and an electrical supply cable (6) are superimposed. A perpendicular clamp screw (16) is supported in a threaded hole in the block, enabling the two conductors to be clamped together to secure the electrical connection.
