The active anti-missile launcher for a military vehicle has a launcher module (10) with a base (12) receiving launcher tubes (14,14'). The module is mounted on a platform attached to the vehicle and movable with respect to it. Each tube has a projectile (16) which is self launching. Each tube has fixing feet (17) on the base to allow ease of changing of the tubes after use. The platform on which the launcher is mounted is controlled in response to a signal from a hostile missile detection system.
