摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte material, which can prevent fall of proton conductivity. SOLUTION: This solid electrolyte material is obtained by impregnating a phosphate compound to a high molecular compound containing phosphoryl group, in which the hydroxyl group is combined with phosphor. By impregnating the phosphate compound into the high molecular compound containing phosphonic acid group, in this solid electrolyte material, this impregnated hydroxyl group and the phosphonic acid group, which is in the main skeleton, have been dehydrated and condensed, or strong interactions of such as a hydrogen bond or the like, are committing to this impregnated phosphonic acid group and the main skeleton. By this, the solid electrolyte material, which can prevent from this fall of proton conductivity, can be provided by suppressing the dissolution of the phosphonic acid by water.
