PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board which can obtain excellent physical property values in electrical characteristics, such as an insulation property, etc., and in which electronic parts arranged in the opening of the board are embedded by using an embedding resin made to suppress the irregular reflection, etc., of light and to become inconspicuous in color shading when cured and a build-up layer is formed on the embedded parts. SOLUTION: The embedding resin used at the time of embedding the electronic parts in the insulating substrate of this wiring board is colored in a black-, blue-, green-, red-, orange-, yellow-, or purple-based color. It is preferable to use a resin containing at least one kind of coloring agent selected from among carbon black, phthalocyanine pigments, azo-pigments, quinoline pigments, anthraquinone pigments, triphenylmethane pigments, and inorganic oxides as the embedding resin. |
