SOLUTION: The advance notice of the program and the questionnaire of the program are broadcast from the broadcasting apparatus 1 to the information processing unit 2. The viewing and listening concerning information such as 'viewing and listening', 'viewing and listening if there is time', 'not viewing and not listening' and the like and storage concerning information are collected from the viewers based on the questionnaires. The proper viewing fee, the advertisement fee and the storage fee are decided for the program based on these pieces of the information. |
