PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small planar antenna operable at two frequencies and an electric apparatus comprising it. SOLUTION: The small planar antenna can operate at two frequencies because a slit 2 having one open end is made in a conductor plate 1, and a thin diameter coaxial cable 5 is connected across the slit 2 so that the conductor plate 1 has two resonance frequencies.
