PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation beam varying apparatus and method, and a component mounting apparatus in which recognition efficiency can be more improved and the working ratio of the production of facilities can also be more improved. SOLUTION: This radiation beam varying apparatus comprises a particular wavelength radiation device 110, an imaging device 130, and a control device 180 in order to vary the wavelength of an imaging beam 125 irradiated to an imaging object 190 from a particular wavelength radiation device based on image information obtained from the imaging device. Accordingly, the imaging beam, in which a mark 191 on the imaging object can be recognized clearly, can be obtained to generate an image obtained automatically. As a result, the selection and exchange of a filter which have been done in a conventional filter are no longer required and the working ratio of production can be improved. Moreover, such a mark can be recognized within a short period of time. |
