<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily develop a security policy to labor regulations, etc., by facilitating the addition of another rule to the security policy. SOLUTION: A user designates a part to fill in first in a step S4-1. A document file which is desired by the user is selected from a file selection picture in a step S4-3. A developing means 102 adds the document file to a prescribed part in the security policy (correlated) in a step S4-4. After the addition, a display means 104 displays a link master which comprises the name of the added document file (step S4-5). Then, general rules such as the labor regulations are added to the security policy and the security policy is converted into the developed labor regulations, etc., (developed).</p> |
