<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of cells to be passed through a radio base station controller. SOLUTION: This system is provided with mobile radio terminals (MS) 101-112 such as portable telephone sets or PHS, radio base stations (BTS) 120-122 for mutually connecting the mobile radio terminals 101-112 and copying the cells of multi-address targets to be transmitted to some of mobile radio terminals 101-112 just for the number of transmitting destinations and a radio base station controller (RNC) for controlling the operation of the radio base stations 120-122. When performing the multi-address transmission of a signal, the cells for the number of transmitting destinations of the signal in the mobile radio terminals (MS) 101-112 under control are copied from the radio base station controller (RNC) 130 to the side of the radio base stations 120-122.</p> |
