PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of matching with an actual device, and the problem that it is difficult in many cases to immediately satisfy an EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) standard value of the device, in a commercially available noise filter with a specified circuit structure, and the problems of cost, delivery times, the number of developing steps of technology, etc., in a modified noise filter because of individual dealing. SOLUTION: Reference numerals L1 , L2 denote inductance coils, and reference numerals CX1 , CX2 , CY1 , and CY2 denote capacitors. Since inductance values of circuit components L and capacitance values of circuit components C can be modified, various types of basic cell type noise filters can be manufactured. Also, in filter characteristics, countermeasures matching with a load can be taken by selecting and combining cell type noise filters for low-frequency band or for high-frequency band. Accordingly, with combinations of cell type noise filters, countermeasures against EMI corresponding to an actual device can be taken easily and surely at the site.
