PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transistor amplification circuit and a quartz oscillation circuit for restraining the variation in an oscillation frequency and oscillation output without varying the operating point of a transistor, even if a current amplification rate hFE varies at an ambient temperature in an amplification circuit or an oscillation circuit, and to provide a quartz oscillation circuit. SOLUTION: In the transistor amplification circuit, a bias circuit for supplying an external supply voltage to a base is connected to a transistor Tr1 whose base is grounded in terms of AC. In the transistor amplification circuit, a thermistor resistor Rth for reducing a base current to the increase of an ambient temperature is arranged at the bias circuit V. Then, one end of a quartz oscillator Xtal is connected to the base of the transistor.
