PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Web contents of a link desired by a user without transferring all URLs of links from a Web server to a sending and receiving terminal device. SOLUTION: A first step is provided for adding information regarding a display format of the Web contents in one's terminal device in relation to Web contents address information when sending a distribution request for the Web contents from the sending and receiving terminal device, and sending it to the distribution relay device. A second step is provided for converting the Web contents address information included in the distribution request in the distribution relay device receiving the distribution request for the Web contents into Web contents address information corresponding to the information regarding the display format included in the distribution request, acquiring the Web contents from the Web server specified by the converted Web contents address information, and distributing them to the sending and receiving terminal device of a distribution request source.
