LASER DIODE OPTICAL MODULE APPARATUS OF LASER SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A laser diode optical module apparatus is provided to express an image with a low laser power without loss of beams from a laser diode by adjusting a duty time of power supplied to a laser diode and modulating a light amount of the laser diode. CONSTITUTION: A signal processing part(21,22) separates RGB signals from an input image signal. A pulse width modulation part(23) changes a duty time of each RGB signal from the signal processing part using time division according to the RGB signals from the signal processing part. A power part(24) generates RGB powers proportional to the duty time of the RGB signals from the pulse width modulation part. A laser light source generates RGB beams proportional to the RGB powers. A scanning part(28) scans the RGB beams in vertical and horizontal directions and constructs an image on a screen.
