METHOD, DEVICE, AND PROGRAM FOR DIAGNOSING PROJECT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a project diagnosing method by which a person in charge of a project objectively and precisely grasp the actual state and progress status of the project and also to provide its device and its program. SOLUTION: The project is diagnosed from a plurality of perspectives by a method for diagnosing the project. The method includes a project input step for inputting the contents of the project (S10), a project diagnosing step for performing diagnosis in the plurality of perspectives concerning the inputted project (S11), and a display step for displaying a diagnostic result in the project diagnosing step by using a radar chart and also displaying an evaluation point and/or a message about the diagnosed project (S12).
