<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for recording and displaying a data file change process capable of inputting and managing knowledge information in the format which corresponds to data file updating securely and is linked to change work of data file because the results of change of contents of data file are stored in editing and updating of materials by use of a computer, but the information equivalent to knowledge information of a person such as reason of change is handled separately and is not stored in the format in which the other person can refer easily in many cases. SOLUTION: In the work for preparing and editing materials and analysis simulation by a computer, a data file is stored in a back-up file 320, change history of the data file is stored in a history information data base 310, and they are displayed in a history information display means 110 by graphic images to recognize a change process of the data file easily. Moreover, inputting of reason accompanied with change of data is demanded for a user using a comment input means 130 to collect and manage knowledge information securely.</p> |
