PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system capable of negotiation for many concerned-person agreement. SOLUTION: This system is equipped with plural computer nodes 4 configured so as to define a negotiation rule between entities. The computer nodes can operate so that the plural entities bid for one or plural roles among plural roles in the negotiation, and one entity can restrict the role of another entity to acceptable negotiation. In another mode, at least partially substantialized agreement is provided to the plural entities, and the at-least partially substantialized agreement is selectively clarified for the entity according to the role.
