PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress such a situation that a gap is formed between an outer can and a gasket by preventing deterioration of a sealer due to an electrolytic solution, and by improving the adhesive property of coupling site of the outer can and the gasket, and improve storage characteristics while preventing moisture from entering into a container from the outside. SOLUTION: To a face in contact with the outer can of the gasket, a sealer containing an alkaline compound having an amino group in a molecule aside from the main component is coated.
