VACUUM DEGASSING APPARATUS WITH MOLTEN STEEL REFLUX INCREASED SUBMERGED PIPE

PURPOSE: A vacuum degassing apparatus with molten steel reflux increased submerged pipe is provided in which flux of molten steel is more increased even when a separate complicated facility is not additionally used in the vacuum degassing apparatus with single submerged pipe. CONSTITUTION: The vacuum degassing apparatus with molten steel reflux increased submerged pipe comprises a vacuum tank(1); and a single submerged pipe(2) installed at the lower part of the vacuum tank(1), wherein the apparatus is arranged in the upper side of ladle(6), a certain number of reflux gas nozzles(5) having certain installation angle installed on the side wall of the submerged pipe(2) to blow flux gas into molten steel, a molten steel flow dispersion means(7) having certain thickness (PD) and height (PH) installed at the lower inner side of the submerged pipe(2) so that flow of molten steel is uniformly dispersed into the ladle(6), wherein the molten steel flow dispersion means(7) is a partition wall formed of a rectangular refractory block having certain thickness (PD) and height (PH) integrally connected to the inner wall of the submerged pipe(2) by traversing the central line of the submerged pipe(2), and wherein a submerged pipe installation angle of the reflux gas nozzles(5) installed on the side wall of the submerged pipe(2) is ±60 to ±85 degrees of an angle, and an installation number of the reflux gas nozzles(5) is 24 to 32.
