SEISMIC ISOLATION SYSTEM WITH IMPROVED ADHESIVE STRENGTH

PURPOSE: A seismic isolation system with improved adhesive strength is provided to improve economical efficiency by heightening the durability of an LRB(leader rubber bearing). CONSTITUTION: The seismic isolation system with improved adhesive strength contains an upper plate(1) where an upper plate of a bridge is placed, a lower plate(1') installed on a pier, rubber(2) and a gusset plate(3) placed between the upper and lower plates(1,1'), and a lead core(5) and a lead binding tap(4) interposed through the rubber and the gusset plate(3), and the upper, lower plates(1,1') and the rubber(2) are adhered by adhesives, a vertical groove(8) and a horizontal groove(9) are formed on the contact plane of the upper, lower plates(1,1') to increase adhesive strength, and the curved planes(7,6) are formed on the gusset plate and the rubber respectively to prevent the concentration of stress.
