PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pay broadcasting reception system that allows an in- home reception section or an in-automobile reception section to descramble a pay broadcasting program by using one received ID code. SOLUTION: A communication terminal 3 stores the ID code sent from a pay broadcasting providing server 5. The in-home reception section 1 receives the ID code from the communication terminal 3 and the in-automobile reception section 2 in an automobile receives the ID code from the communication terminal 3. Then the in-home reception section 1 or the in-automobile reception section 2 uses the ID code to descramble the pay broadcasting program.
