PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic tracking display system that a viewer can view a moving object in an omnidirectional video image without the need for any operation to track the object. SOLUTION: The automatic tracking display system is provided with: recognition means 4, 5 that recognize one object or more being objects for automatic tracking display from an omnidirectional video image comprising video images with a plurality of field angles; a generating means 5 that generates position data denoting a position for each scene in the omnidirectional video image as to each object recognized by the recognition means 4, 5; providing means 5, 2 that provide that the object is an automatic tracking display object; an operation device 3 that selects one object subjected to automatic tracking display among the objects provided by the providing means 5, 2; and display processing means 2, 3 that display the video image with the field angle including a position denoted by position data of the object selected by the operation device 3.
