PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stream distributing device capable of, as a single body, managing and limiting a stream broadcasting amount to a particular network. SOLUTION: If a viewing request is received from a client 3, a correspondence table managing part 208 refers to a correspondence table 209 describing the maximum number of receivable viewing requests or the maximum distribution band of each network, or both the maximum number of receivable viewing requests and the maximum distribution band by using, as a key, a source address extracted from the message by a network identifying part 206, or an AS number acquired on the basis of the source address by an AS number inquiring part 204 and an AS number managing device 4 and a requested broadcasting name extracted by a stream broadcasting identifying part 207. If a preset maximum number of receivable viewing requests or a preset maximum distribution band is not surpassed in the case that the request is accepted, a main signal distribution processing part 202 is instructed to distribute stream broadcasting from an upstream stream distributing device 1 to the client 3. |
