PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize multiple address distribution of processing information in a device and also to realize simultaneous distribution of a selective signal to a portion of processing means and inputting-outputting means to be connected as well as a simple broadcasting. SOLUTION: A function is provided for broadcasting data of a multicast object and also for simultaneously transmitting a reception instruction signal being a control signal for a receiving request to a transmission object destination.
