PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic communication apparatus in which a space for integrating a transmitting/receiving antenna coil is decreased and the costs of the transmitting/receiving antenna coil can be reduced in the magnetic communication apparatus to be provided in equipment such as a portable telephone set having a speaker. SOLUTION: A magnetic material 40 for high frequency for magnetic communication is added to a pole piece 32 of the speaker, a voice coil 30 is operated as an acoustic coil. This voice coil 30 is operated as a communication antenna coil.
