PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal that can reduce deterioration in transmitted voice. SOLUTION: An earpiece 5 formed by integrating a bone conduction microphone and a speaker is fitted to be turnably by using a hinge 12 as a turning shaft. The earpiece 5 is contained in a hole 11b formed to a case 11 when no voice speech is made and taken out from the hole 11b when a voice speech is made. The earpiece 5 is used by being mounted on an ear when the voice speech is made. When a user makes utterance while mounting the earpiece 5, the bone conduction microphone detects vibration of the ear bone attended with the voice utterance and transduces it into an electric signal.
