PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notice service providing method, a mail server and a terminal device useful for confirming an attendance situation of each participant of an event. SOLUTION: A service order mail including an address list of participants including mail addresses of a plurality of participants and event information is sent from a terminal of a request source to a mail server. The mail server sends a notice mail including the event information to each participant in the address list of participants included in the service order mail when it receives the service order mail from a specific client, stores the content of a reply mail as output information when it receives the reply mail for the notice mail from each participant, and transmits a report mail including the output information to the client when it receives a report request mail from the client or when detects a specific elapsed time.
