In response to this, a main control part 1 stores the designated destination type and the electronic mail address of the destination in a transmission list memory 7a in a RAM 7 as a pair, and transmits an electronic mail of the designated destination type for the stored electronic mail address. When a To/Cc/Bcc change key of the operation part 5 is set on, the main control part 1 stores a stored destination type of a pair of stored destination type and electronic mail address of a destination in the transmission list memory 7a so as to be changed to another destination type and displays it on the display part 4.
