PURPOSE: A vacuum circulation apparatus for producing herbal medicine is provided to extract the natural medicine efficiently without loss by discharging steam with a vacuum pump and by recovering distillated liquid through a cooler in forming the vacuum. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum circulating device for producing herbal medicine is composed of a vessel(10) storing medicine and having a heater; a preheating tank supplying hot water to the vessel; a first cooler(20) having an evaporator core for cooling steam in a vacuum line connected from the vessel to a vacuum pump(40); a second water cooling type cooler(30) cooling steam from the first cooler; a third air cooling type cooler(80) cooling coolant from the second cooler; and the vacuum pump forming the vacuum in the vessel through first and second coolers. Steam is returned to the vessel by cooling, or distillate is discharged in forming the vacuum. Thus, the extract of herbal medicine is obtained efficiently without loss.
