PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a massage exchangeable with a person fit for the condition without visually confirming a large number of face image by executing retrieval by designating the condition on a face. SOLUTION: A server has an attribute information storage means for storing attribute information on a registering person, an image storage means for storing the face images being a face photograph or a portrait of the registering person, an image characteristic quantity making means for making an image characteristic quantity from the face images, an image characteristic quantity storage means for storing the image characteristic quantity made by the image characteristic quantity making means, and a checkup means for selecting the registering person by extracting the face images fir for a retrieving condition by checking up the retrieving condition designated by a terminal with the image characteristic quantity of the face images. The terminal has a retrieving condition input means for inputting the retrieving condition on a characteristic of the face. The server and/or the terminal has a message exchange means for exchanging the message with the registering person selected by the checkup means. |
