PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gatekeeper that can facilitate addition of a new service in the case of providing a plurality of services and cooperation between the services or between the service and application software on market, utilize a general purpose database or equivalently handle a plurality of the services. SOLUTION: Scenario description sections 11E-1 to 11E-n of the gate keeper 11 makes a service providing processing instruction to service providing sections 11A-1 to 11A-n on the basis of a scenario (service providing processing procedure) read from a database 15 via a middleware section 11F. Thus, the service providing sections 11A-1 to 11A-n independently execute the service providing processing corresponding to the received scenario. A middleware section 11C in this service providing processing executes the common processing in the service providing sections 11A-1 to 11A-n.
