PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antenna-switching circuit and an antenna-switching module, capable of realizing the unnecessary configuration of a blocking capacitor at the time of connecting an FET switch to an SAW filter, and simplifying the impedance matching of the antenna-switching module and the SAW filter, and improving an insertion loss or product yield. SOLUTION: This antenna-switching circuit is provided with an FET switch 2 and an SAW filter 3 to be connected via the FET switch 2 to an antenna 1, when the FET switch 2 is switched to a receiving part side. An inductor 14 is connected between the input part (input terminal) of the SAW filter 3 and a ground part (GND terminal), and the ground part of the SAW filter 3 is connected via a capacitor 15 to a ground potential.
