PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high safety offset parabolic antenna for relaying broadcast wave exhibiting a high maintenance efficiency in which a primary radiator, and the like, can be maintained without going to the front side of a reflector. SOLUTION: An offset parabolic reflector 1 is disposed oppositely to a primary radiator 2 and a shield 4 for intercepting a retransmission radio wave incoming from an unwanted direction is provided. The primary radiator 2 and the shield 4 are fixed integrally to a frame 6 rotatable about rotary shafts 5a and 5b set on the offset parabolic reflector 1. When the primary radiator 2, or the like, is maintained under a state fixed to a steel tower, it can be brought close to a worker by rotating it along with the frame 6.
