摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus to accelerate reduction in size of the apparatus through the common use of a lighting means in view of obtaining indirect lighting to surely image versatile imaging objects. SOLUTION: In this imaging apparatus 1, the bottom surface of an electronic component 2 is lighted by a lighting means 6 and a beam reflected from the bottom surface is focused on a CCD7 via a focusing lens 8. In order to obtain the indirect lighting, a plurality of reflecting means 10, 20, and 30 are arranged in three stages in a cabinet 3 and moreover the means 10, 20 and 30 are provided to enable the adjustment of reflection angles of the beams. Accordingly, the reflection means 10, 20, and 30 and adjust beam angles to light the electronic component 2 by reflecting the beam emitted from the common lighting means 6 and thereby generate the indirect lighting for each stage with less number of lighting means. As a result, the lighting means 6 can be used in common without providing the lighting means to each stage. This structure makes a much contribution to reduction in size of the apparatus 1.
