<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caring management support system which provides smooth and speedy caring services to a person requiring care, reduces the jobs of a care support company, etc., and reduces costs. SOLUTION: The caring management support system 1 can provide information required for caring to the person requiring care 3, a person in charge of caring (a home nursing care support company 5, a care support specialist (care manager) 7, a care service company 9 and a carer (case worker) 11). The system is provided with a care support database 27 for storing information required for caring and a care information processing means 29 which is installed by a job agent 25 and by which information required for caring can be obtained by referring to the database 27 based on the caring information request when receiving a request for transmission of the caring information and by which the obtained information can be sent.</p> |
