PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform management/maintenance of a document which is used for process control from a document server and a terminal system, to promptly perform update of the document, etc., and to constantly hold a process to be operated at the optimal operating state. SOLUTION: A document serve 1 is installed in a manufacturer of a control system 2, stores/manages produced book document for performing actual control/ monitoring of a plant of the control system 2, the terminal system 3 is installed in a section for performing operation/maintenance of the plant and used for reference, editing of the document of the plant. The terminal system 3 can conform the contents of the plant document in the document server 1 to the contents in the control system and hold the plant document in the terminal.
