PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency call notice system in a mobile communication system that meets requirements of the immediacy in rescue activities. SOLUTION: In the emergency call notice system in the mobile communication system where a mobile terminal 1 transmits an emergency call on the occurrence of an emergency, a mobile communication exchange 3 receives the emergency call via a wireless base station 2, identifies the position of the mobile terminal 1 making this emergency call, selects a police station 5 on the basis of the identified position, and connects the mobile terminal 1 to the selected police station 5, the mobile communication exchange 3 selects a wireless base station 2 located within a predetermined distance from the position of the identified mobile terminal 1 in parallel with the connection of the mobile terminal 1 sending the emergency call to the police station 5, broadcasts mobile terminals 1 resident in an area covered by the wireless base station 2 through the selected wireless base station 2, and transmits an emergency message to the mobile terminals 1 making a reply to the broadcast calling.
