PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the changed amount to an e-mail undesired by a receiver. SOLUTION: This e-mail system is provided with a registering means for registering a transmitter mail address of reception-undesired e-mail from the receiver and the registration request number on a first database, a second database for storing the reception number and received data capacity of the e-mail in the same as or approximate to the registered transmitter mail address in accordance with the receiver, and identifying means for renewing the reception number and the received data capacity of the receiver at same or approximate time by identifying whether or not the transmitter mail address of the e-mail accepted from a transmitter is the same as or approximated to the registered transmitter mail address, and a charging means for calculating an e-mail relay charge in accordance with the receiver by executing a prescribed weighting processing on the registration request number of the registered transmitter mail address, the reception number in accordance with the receiver, and a received data quantity.
