PURPOSE: Provided is a method of producing dried yellow corvina using medicinal herbs and loess, thereby suppressing changes in the quality of yellow corvina and discoloration thereof, and providing beneficial components contained in medicinal herbs and loess. CONSTITUTION: A method of producing dried yellow corvina using medicinal herbs and loess comprises the steps of: salting a fresh yellow corvina; dipping the salted yellow corvina in a mixed solution of medicinal herbs and loess for a certain period of time and washing it; and drying the yellow corvina in the shade. |
