PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical bonded magnet capable of attaining high quality at low cost. SOLUTION: This cylindrical bonded magnet 1 comprises a pair of magnet parts 2, 3 which contain magnet powder and resin and have a plurality of magnetic poles on the outer periphery surfaces thereof and a non-magnetic part 4 which contains non-magnet powder and resin joined to a middle section in the magnet part, and are formed so as to obtain the equal diameter substantially over the whole length. In the cylindrical bonded magnet 1, a first material mixture which contains magnet powder and resin is charged into a cylindrical molding space and then compressed-formed preliminarily, a second material mixture which contains non-magnet powder and resin is charged into the cylindrical space and then compressed-formed preliminarily, and the first material mixture which contains the magnet powder and the resin is charged into the cylindrical space and then compressed-formed preliminarily and then is compressed-formed at higher pressure than the preliminary forming pressure. |
