MULTICOLOR LIGHT EMISSION DEVICE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multicolor light emission device reducing color shifts with a drive voltage, while also reducing manufacturing load. SOLUTION: The multicolor light emission device has at least an organic EL element having an emission maximum wavelength in the blue region and another organic EL element having an emission maximum wavelength longer than the emission maximum wavelength of the former organic EL element. Each of the organic EL elements has a light emitting layer with a host and a dopant. The host of each light emitting layer has an emission wavelength range that covers shorter wavelengths than the blue region.
